Everything we do here is custom, for you. Because of this we do not typically  accept returns or exchanges. However we strive to have the best customer service in the industry, and will happily try and work out a solution for you! Its is best to contact us ASAP when you know something may change. So long as your order has not hit production, we can make an easy change to it! However we do require that any cancelations be done within 4 hour of purchase.
